Hi Team,
When i make calls screen went off  automatically. And the screen turn on only after the receiver cuts the call.
I tried tapping on screen and even tried clicking power buttun but screen not turning on.

Try this,
Open Contacts>Tap on 3 vertical dots>Settings>Call screen settings>Uncheck Turn on proximity sensor
By the method above specified the screen won't turn off during call and it may drain battery during long calls
so i recommend you to try a bluetooth headset if possible

Hey bro.
I think your screen guard or temper glass is on proximity sensor try removing your screen guard.
