Activate Power Saver in Settings > Power management.

2: Disconnect connection that are not used
Disconnect connection that are not currently used such as WiFi, location, network datausage, WiFi hotspot, bluetooth, GPS.  When WiFi and 3G network are both available, use WiFi as first priority.

3: Close background apps
Close apps thatare still running in the background. If there are many apps running at the samesame, it will cause faster power draining. Check Battery used by app and Keep awake status in Settings > Power management> Power Consumption Table and  close those apps that drain battery quickly.Tap Recent apps and execute Clear All to close all apps that are currently used. Access Quick settings and tap Boost.

4: Disable auto-sync and auto-update
When your device is connected to network or WiFi, auto-sync function is executed for a timeinterval and this will cause faster battery draining. To solve this problem, you can extend the interval of auto-sync or disable auto-syncfunction.

Also you candisable auto update function of apps.

Play Store:OpenPlay Store app and disable Auto-update apps in Settings.

yes nothing happen by doing that process. I think it would be better to use grenify app for power saving. It saves the power by doing hibernation of unusing apps

That is a common stupid mistake.
You can do that a hundred times a day and the apps running at the background still run.
It is a good exercise for your finger though. ;)
