hello,

can someone help me, my phone keeps on disconnecting and connecting to wifi constantly.

Yesterday, our router has been change to new and looks like only my phone gets this problem.

I think it has something to do with 2.5ghz and 5ghz wifi signal...  it keeps disconnecting and connecting once the signal change from that 2 option.
can someone help me to fix this?

I cant choose what ssid (2.5 or 5) because it has the same name and wifi hotspot.

Hi caren15delacruz,

Please make sure you've updated to the latest firmware version WW-16.0615.1912.115.

Please try resetting your network settings and try again. (Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth)
Could you tell me the brand and model of the WiFi router that has this problem?
Have you tried connecting to a different router?
Do other phones connected to this same WiFi have the same problem at the same time?
Please show us a screenshot of your WiFi information.
(Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > tap on the WiFi already connected to access Network info)

Hello! Disable in developer options - networks - enable extensive wi-fi registration. Or simply disable the developer options. Restart your device.

If other phones have the same problem, it may be something related with your WiFi router.
