Description: I use this phone for more than a year
After upgraded to oreo this happen to my phone . I connect otg and mouse . I checked Hardware Information theres no panel touch version . So i decided to downgrade to Nougat . After downgraded , i checked the hardware information this touch panel version is : 0x2020 . I think it work but still same , can't touch anything . Help me please ..

I don't back up the data , just go to recovery then wipe data/ factory reset. why?

Best you back up data first so you won't lose your data stored in the phone.

Factory reset is a software restore of an electronic device to its original system state by erasing all of the information stored on the device in an attempt to restore the device to its original manufacturer settings.
