My Asus Zenfone2 phone with the same problem repeatedly  has gone to Asus Turkish and came it but the same problem has not been solved and continuing! continues!
   Asus Zenfone2 telefonum defalarca aynı sorun ile Asus Türkiye'ye giti ve geldi ama aynı sorun düzelmedi ve devam ediyor! Devam eder!

I inserted 3 sim cards  belonging to Turkish mobile companies(Avea,Vodafone,Turkcell) on my phone but The same problem however the SIM cards I tried are working on another phones
  Telefonuma Türkiye mobil şirketlerine (Avea,Vodafone,Turkcell) ait 3 sim kart yerleştirdim fakat aynı problem ancak simkartları başka telefonlarda denediğimde çalışıyor.  


The problem is:  sim card  is no as regular active. You will  be seeing these  in the videos! so cellular data  network problem
   Problem şudur:sim card'ın düzenli olarak aktif olmaması. Bunları videolarda görmüş olacaksınız! yani hücresel veri ağı problemi

The phone restarts involuntary when some SIM cards are inserted.

This is what I've had since I  the day bought the phone!
   Telefonu aldığım günden beri karşılaştığım şey bu!

Please help me! The fact that they gave me the new Zefone2 phone didn't fix my problem! Zenfone2 sending me again and again will not solve my problem! What does Asus lose, what wins?
Lütfen bana yardımcı olunuz! Bana yeni Zefone2 telefon vermeleri sorunumu çözmedi! Bana tekrar tekrar Zenfone2 göndermeleri sorunumu çözmeyecektir! Çünkü Bana üst bir model telefon vermeleri Asusa ne kaybettirir ne kazandırır!

Yes, this problem appear in different location
for example
appeared in elsewhere(Ankara) when I used with Google maps.
I'll tell you as soon as I get the results in safe mode

Hi selena I tested in safe mode however the same problem.
so, sim card is being disabled when I called anyone in safe mode

Do you mean you change new phone but the problem still exist?
Please backup phone date and factory reset. In order to exclude caused by software.
If you try factory reset and problem still persists in safe mode, repair and service center would be suggested here.

it went to(returned) the service eight times, but my problem hasn't been solved

I would like to you that  this problem will forward to the Asus authorities and give me a new phone as diffrent than Zenfone2.

A new phone can be Zenfone4 or Zenfone5
Because zenfone2 really is defective  Asus Turkish Service gave me a total of 3 Zefone2.
Every year, Asus presents a new phone in award-winning competitions.
What would damage Asus from giving me a new phone outside Zenfone2 based on a defective product?
