I am unable to update Coc. When i click update, it downloads the file and after downloading it once, it again download the update and the cycle continues.

   This reply is the best answer.   
Try out the following steps :
1. Go to settings, then Apps, then select the Play store services and play store app, then Force Stop the app and also Select Clear Cache and data.
2. Then uninstall its updates, then restart your phone and reinstall the app again.
3. Then try to update every app once at a time.
4. Also clear app and storage cache from Storage and USB in Settings menu.
5. Perform a wipe cache partition using recovery mode.

@santhoshksudheer, if above procedure fails to work, then there may be security certificate problem of the network you use. Try to secure your dns. Reboot your phone and the problem will be solved.

Hi, i tried the step you have mentioned. But i am still facing the issue. Whenever i try to stop the download ( which repeats again and again ), my phone gets rebooted.

Hi Santosh,

When you have your apps crashed, or encounter problems try steps as below:
1. Cannot play videos by Google Photo / Asus Gallery / Other Gallery Apps.
2. Process hanged or stopped when updating apps in Google Play Store / Google Play Store fails to Install that particular app / Soft restarts while updating.
3. Device auto reboot when it is charged or Running Application on background.

This Issue is caused by compatibility problem between these third-party apps or App2SD which is majorily stored on the External Memory of your device. You can also follow the troubleshooting by steps below:
1. Uninstall crashed apps.
2. Unmount SD card.
3. Tap "Clear data" of "Google Play Store" and "Downloads" in [Settings] > [Apps].
4. Re-install apps in internal storage.

Not most of the Apps are given access to save the apps on External Memory, for that you will need to report this issue to the third-party vendors.

How to install apps in internal storage
Select "Prefer internal storage" in [Settings] > [ASUS customized settings] > [App installation settings].

I has the same issue. Now follow the steps.
1. Force stop the app.
2. Clear catche.
3. Move app to INTERNAL STORAGE.
4. Go play store and update.
5. Now move again to sd card.
6. Now open COC.

Nothing worked. I formatted my phone. Let me tell u ASUS, you are annoying me and pushing me to scrap this phone. I gave you my money. So what I need is to make this bug free. Do you guys feels that we are beggers? So ASUS do something for us, the customers. You guys are in search of incredible and even not found volte. So keep searching.
