Battery drops 9 or 10 percent after restart.
There is no heating.
Everything is normal except battery drop.
I tried it 3 time at different battery levels same thing happened but it doesn't if i restart it while charging.

Is it is normal or is there any problem with battery or any software issue.
My phone is just two month old.

Also it takes more than 4 hrs to charge from 20 percent with no background app in power saving mode.
Should i go to service center.

   This reply is the best answer.   
Try and check out following steps :
1. Clean your storage and app cache from the settings ( or use Clean Master for the same ).
2. Perform wipe cache partition using device recovery mode.
3. Uninstall unnecessary apps that are of no use.
4. Use Asus Mobile Manager to deny Apps from Auto Start and disable Notifications of unnecessary apps too.
5. Go to Settings, then to Location, then from top-right select Scanning, then Turn off Wi-Fi Scanning & Bluetooth Scanning.
6. Go to Settings, then to WiFi, then from top-right select Advanced, then turn Off the Network notification.
7. Also if you didn't reset your device after any last major update, then its recommended that you do a hard reset using your device recovery mode.

If you still think that something is wrong with your device, then it would be better that you visit Asus Service Center nearest to your location and get your checked.
To find the Asus Service Center nearest to your location, go to this site :
From the Product Category field, select ZenFone.
And then in Location field, fill up with the details of your city name or postal code and then search for the same.
