Hi Everyone!

Just wanted to share this and provide feedback specifically for all ASUS phone users who are looking to have their phone be serviced in Gigahertz SM Megamall which is an authorized repair service provider by ASUS as far as I know.
1. The mall opens at 10:00 AM but they only start accepting services for repair from 1:00 PM onwards, so don't bother coming in early unless you wanted to wait until 1:00 PM.
2. Be sure to bring the copy of your receipt and a photocopy of it as well. In my case, I was not aware that I need to submit a photocopied, luckily, HP store offers photocopy service for 10 pesos only.
3. You need to fill up a form using one of their computers for your personal details and the item info that needs to be serviced.
4. You only need to bring the phone itself or the item that needs to be serviced. No need to bring in the original box.

Reminder: Once you arrived at the store, forget to approach the sales personnels as they are useless. They only care for their sales.
"Since it is my first time having my phone be serviced on their store, I humbly approached one of their staff and he told me to "Just wait". No intructions on what to do and whom to approach. After 10 minutes of waiting seeing that person did not endorsed me to another person that handles the repair, I again approached another person pointing me to another person just right beside us who is on a computer station. So I sat beside him waiting for me to be assisted. But again, after 10 minutes of waiting, no assistance was still provided. So I talked to this computer guy asking how can I get my phone be serviced then pointing me to another person again! Then that is the only time I was able to talk to the right guy who then told me that I need a photocopy of the receipt (pointed me to HP store for photocopy service) and once I have the photocopy, I need to fill up a form on one of their computer for my personal details and item that needs to be serviced. After completing the form, I then approached the service guy, provided me a sheet of paper that includes my Job Order number and then took my phone. The process should only take 5 minutes or less if their store personnel do cares. Kudos to the repair guy though who provided me complete details regarding the process.

By the way, just to add up, you item will first go under diagnosis. If they see that the item can be repaired without the need to replace a part, estimated time to complete the repair is only a week. If their diagnosis shows that a part/s needs to be replaced, estiamted time to complete the repair is 2 to 3 weeks. No guarantees on the time frame though. It can be more or less depending on the repair that needs to be done.

Have a great day everyone!

Thanks for sharing this experience with us.

Can you please identify the name of the guy that you spoke with and helped you right away so that we can just go and talk ask for him right away if ever we go there?

I also would like to share my experience with the MemoXpress Repair Center in Robinson's pioneer. They are an authorized Asus Service Center and they fixed my wife's Zenfone 2 Deluxe in just 1 day. Her phone got busted after an update and an internal part needed to be replaced. I brought her phone on a Friday and we got it back the following day.

They were quick to fix her phone and everyone was very approachable and helpful.

Sadly, I was not able to get his name. But based on the Job order paper that I got, the name of the technician who received it is Jaycee Tumangil.

Wow! Lucky you that you were able to get your phone in just a day. If I did know that, I should have went to MemoXpress Repair Center in Robinson's Pioneer instead. Thanks as well for sharing this! This is very helpful.

I just checked ASUS website and yes, I confirmed that the accessories comes with 6-month warranty, however, it does not state if it includes the accessories bundled with your phone or device. Based on this page ZenFone 2 Deluxe ‏(ZE551ML)‏ Warranty [Update April, 2015], it does not include accessories bundled with your phone.

I think this would be best confirmed by an official support from ASUS.
