Great app for those who want to lose weight and keep fit. Especially, if your schedule is full with more important activities and you have only a few minutes to work out. Seven minutes with more results and less effort made. However, 7 minutes training without the following tips are useless:
1.        Don’t drink caffeinated drinks before workout
2.        Eat carbs before training
3.        Take nitric oxide boosting supplements
4.        Don’t drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes
5.        Don’t eat two hours before training
All in all, regular training plus a strict diet with food supplements will be a replacement of 2 hours of intensive training in the gym. Just try to make 7 minutes exercising a regular habit.
