Why am I getting that screen??i'm using that same network... i hv the password and all....

it didn't come before....
started appearing a few days back....
text displayed is in chinese... cant understand....

Sign-in screen appears when network which you are connecting to request login through browser for example Hotel connections request at often. This is one of ZenFone's features to have this screen appearing automatically when login request is made. In your case if this screen appears it may be the issue with your router or firmware one of them is sending/receiving login request for mysterious reason. Did you try any troubleshooting solutions to fix this issue?? Like:

* forget network and then connect again
* factory reset your phone
* try to connect to different network and see with sign-in screen appears
