for any kind of issue, they have three solutions. clear cache and data, factory reset and visit to service center. online chat support is worse than I thought. they know nothing about a smartphone. they don't even know the difference between a hardware issue and software issue. they speak like parrots.

Hi Sakshamjain08,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

In the previous thread we have requested you to visit the service center.

As we are unable to duplicate this issue, there has to be a physical check for your device which can only be possible if you visit the service center. As this is online forum, we will not be able to check your device physically.

You may mention RMA number for our investigation after you visit the service center.

Please let us know.

After reporting all of our issues with the zenfone lite l1 in this forum as well as online chat, today I got a call from Asus. And you would be surprised to know that the developers haven't started to work on the bugs and issues. Just imagine, we are reporting issues since day one and they still haven't started to work on our problems and even today they are asking you visit service center, this, that. I asked them when can we expect an OTA bug fix update on our phones, the guy told me that he doesn't have any tentative date and their developers will start working soon. That means we still have to hang on to our problems for another month. I don't think they will be able to provide an update this month.
