Dear Developer,After latest update in ASUS Max Pro M1, lock screen wallpaper bug was fixed. But Facing a new problem.
After the update "HD" is coming at the top status bar. After update I was successfully done video call to JIO users. But after that again Video call icon is not coming (screenshot attached). I tried so many times but icon of switching to video call is not coming again. So please try to fix that issue very soon.
When I am calling from Front camera video call, video is too much dark where as rear camera video call is good.
please kindly fix / add the following :-


1) Fix switch to video call option.
2) add option to again switch to voice from video call option.
3) Add Volte for Airtel SIM.
4) Fix black videos in front camera during video call.
5) Add option to hide HD icon in notification bar.
6) Add option to switch on front Flash during any video calling app.
7) Add EIS in video for 1080p.
8) Add picture in Picture mode for voLTE video Calling in the Phone App
9) Improve face unlock feature. 8/10 times it does not work.
10) Add Slow Motion / Time Lapse Videos in the Default Camera app & as well as option to chose external mic / internal mic during video recording.


I hope asus developers will look into these basic requirments for any mid range mobile & will add these feature very soon because other verdicts have this feature.

Hi Somnath.050,

Kindly mention your firmware version clearly.

HD notification cannot be disabled.

Send us the screenshot or video of the front camera while you are in the call.

As for now, VoLTE is enabled only with Jio.

For rest, You can post your suggestions in our ideas for next section.

i can't do video call now it is not working with jio.. in the call forwarding section, sometimes it it showing video & voice sometime it is only voice.

Hey I'm also facing same issue of dark video call see attachment below in my ASUS max pro M1. It has same firmware as above also I just updated it to the latest version after I'm facing quick battery drain issue it before update its last for almost 2 days since I'm a casual user but now it's giving me 1 day battery which I didn't expected from a 5k battery. Please fix the issue ASAP by providing us another update we solely depends on you developers please don't disappoint us (you lovely customers). Hope you understand

Good answer by ASUS... we can use other third party apps

I suggest we can use other company phone rather ASUS, where it is capable of video calling they cannot enable.. what a shame ASUS

I am very much disappointed that I took ASUS over Redmi Note 5 Pro... Definitely this is my last device.. RIP ASUS

Really!!!!???? I hope you are joking.
Atleast you can say "We will try to fix it in next update." Instead of "You can use third party app".
Obviously we know we can use third app.
