Do you mean that this would only happen when the screen if off?
Does it only happen on 15%? Do you have the battery consumption graph for reference?

Please kindly update your firmware version to the latest 14.0200.1712.347.
(settings > system update > check update)

If this problem still appears, I would suggest you bring your phone to local service for a check.
