Please provide more information. We can not help you with so limited info.
Which firmware version are you using now? Which carrier are you using?
Do you have a 4G enabled SIM card inserted? Are you in a 4G coverage area covered by your carrier?
Can you provide a screenshot showing your connection status?
You can find it at your phone's settings>about>status>SIM status

Thank you for the asistance, im using Android 7.0 and my carrier is Millicom International Cellular, knowing in Colombia as Tigo, according to them im using a 4g enabled SIM card, and my city has 4g coverage, the problem is even worse when i use 2g/3g/4g, is like if the connection crash when tbe phone attempt to reach 4g connection, so im using 2g/3g only, and works great but 4g is death, im using the principal SIM card slot as the phone requires for 4g connection, seems everithing is fine but doesnt work, using an app called network mode i realize that the type of connection is on unknow when i use 2g/3g/4g connection i dont know if that make some diference, i dont know what more do you need, if you can help me ill really apreciate that.

Can you provide a screenshot showing your connection status?
You can find it at your phone's settings>about>status>SIM status
Have you tried it under "safe mode"?
In safe mode, only the factory pre-installed applications will be loaded.

If it does not work, please help me run the SMMI test to verify if the hardware can function normally. For instructions please refer to the link below:

My 4glte is not coming up on ASUS zenfone 3 deluxe zs570kl.... Does 4+ actually mean 4g lte in this model......Ive went to the secret settings and enabled 4g lte but only 4+.....please help
