Usually safe mode only can access system apps. You mean all apps?

In safemode, All third party apps are disabled and only those by Asus are enabled. But when I enter safemode, the zen ui launcher, asus settings, google play services...  crashes and I see the above messages for those apps

I think you should try wipe data and cache (hard reset or format). After formatting, update all apps in Google Play Store and try booting into Safe Mode

Hello,

Thank you for your support. I tried already wiping cache and it didnt help but I didnt want to lose my data on internal memory, so I had used "Reset app preferences" from Settings and then reboot into safe mode, this time it worked.. I had some system apps such as Asus Cover , Zen keyboard and zen support etc disabled so enabling them helped me.

Best Regards
