try the following things:
1] reboot the device-it clears unwanted cache
2] re-check your APN settings(its the most probable cause) for the issue. Call the customer service of your operator and ask them for the apn settings.Fill those settings in settings>>networks>more>cellular networks>>access point names.

dont hesitate to reply if you have any issue
3]if nothing works try factory reset.

NOTE=sometimes due to poor network coverage this issue arises,check the issue in some other area.
